✿ Notes  

‣ This pattern uses US terminology.

‣ Weave in any excess yarn.

‣ We'll be changing colors for this pattern. I'll be using two colors for this pattern and I'll refer it as Col A and Col B. For Col A it will have no color. Just the regular font you see here. Col B is going to look this this, it is going to be in red. So, Col A is your base color which is white. Then, Col B is your secondary color (your choice).

✿ Materials

1. 5-ply yarn in two colors

2. 4.00mm crochet hook

5. Darning needle

6. Scissors

✿ Stitches & Abbreviation

Ch: Chain

St(s): Stitches

Sc: Single crochet

Inc: Increase (put two single crochet in single stitch) 

Dec: Decrease (single crochet two stitches together) 

Sl st: Slip stitch

Hdc: Half double crochet

Dc: Double crochet

Tc: Triple (treble) crochet

Circle shape

Start with Col A, ch 10.

Round 1: In the 2nd ch, 1sc, Inc, 5sc, Inc, 1sc

Round 2: Ch 1, 1sc, Inc, 1sc, 5sc, 1sc, Inc, 1sc

Round 3: Ch 1, 1sc, Inc, 2sc, 5sc, 2sc, Inc, 1sc

Round 4: Ch 1, 1sc, 2sc, Inc, 1sc, 5sc, 2sc, Inc, 1sc, 1sc

Round 5: Ch 1, Inc, 5sc, 5sc, 5sc, Inc

Round 6: Ch 1, Inc, 1sc, 5sc, 5sc, 5sc, 1sc, Inc

Round 7-8: Ch 1, 3sc, 5sc, 5sc, 5sc, 3sc

Round 9-10: Ch1, 3sc, 5sc, 5sc, 5sc, 3sc

Round 11: Ch 1, 1sc, Dec, 5sc, 5sc, 5sc, Dec, 1sc

Round 12: Ch 1, 2sc, Dec, 3sc, 5sc, 3sc, Dec, 2sc

Round 13: Ch 1, Dec, 4sc, 5sc, 4sc, Dec

Round 14: Ch1, Dec, 3sc, 5sc, 3sc, Dec

Round 15: Ch 1, 2sc, Dec, 5sc, Dec, 2sc

Round 16: Ch 1, Dec, 1sc, 5sc, 1sc, Dec

Chain 1 and fasten off.

Ruffles

★ Please make sure the front is facing you while making the ruffles.

With Col A in the 2nd st, make a ch 1

Round 1: In the next st, insert 1sc. Then, insert 1sc in every st and rows until the end of the round. When you’re done, sl st.

Round 2: Ch1, in the same st insert a sl st. Then, (skip, 6dc in the same st, skip, sl st) repeat until the end.

Fasten off and weave in any excess yarn.
